Refund and Cancellation

At Eirena, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. As our products are handcrafted and handwoven, we request you to carefully read the policy below before placing an order.

Refund Policy 
Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
An unboxing video is mandatory to raise any refund or replacement request.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. 

Replacement Policy
Replacements are applicable only for damaged or incorrect products.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Replacement will be initiated after the product is received and inspected.

Damaged Product Received: 

All our products go through a '3-Level-Quality Check' and are packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches our customers in the most delightful condition. But in some rare cases, it may happen that due to rough handling of the package during transit by the courier partner, the product may not reach you in the condition you expected it to be. In such cases, below is what you need to do:

1) Inform within 48 Hours: Create a video of unboxing your package or click pictures of the product to that clearly shows the issues you are facing. Write an email within 48 hours of receiving the package to our returns support team at eirenatrends@gmail.com and attach all the necessary proofs for faster resolution. Our team will respond to your mail within 48 hours. 

2) Return: Once your return is approved and our team verifies that your order is eligible for a return and replacement, you will have to ship the product back to us by bearing the shipping charges. 

3) Refund: Once the package is received, we will dispatch a replacement package for your damaged product depending upon the availability of the same or shall issue you a full refund coupon code worth the value of the product including the shipping charges paid during return for your next purchase which will be valid for the next 1-year from the date of issuance.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode. (5% deduction as PG charges)


    Cash on Delivery (COD) – Important Rules

    In case of order refusal, non-acceptance, or repeated COD cancellations, Eirena reserves the right to block future COD orders.
    COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable


    Handloom Product Disclaimer
    All our products are pure handloom and handwoven.
    Minor irregularities such as small spots, slight color variations, weave inconsistencies, or missing/loose threads are a natural characteristic of handwoven fabrics and will not be considered as defects.
    These variations reflect the authenticity, craftsmanship, and uniqueness of handmade textiles.


    Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
    Minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
    Handloom irregularities as mentioned above.

    Mode of Refund

    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

    Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1-year period for your purchase. 

    Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
